Real name Nakajima Tokitarō, a famous Edo-period ukiyo-e painter and one of Japan's most renowned artists. His works deeply influenced European art, with Van Gogh and Manet copying his style. In the Fate universe, due to outer-god influence, he took on the form of an octopus, and his assistant and daughter Oei acted in his stead, sharing the same Heroic Spirit name. Nanaya used the Katsushika Hokusai Spirit Card to gain abilities including flight and the power to manifest Hokusai's famous ukiyo-e paintings as powerful attacks. His Noble Phantasm is Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji.
