The lord of the Demon Slayer Corps, bedridden and suffering from a family curse that causes his children to rarely survive past thirty. He is the one who devises the plan to use his mansion as bait to lure Muzan out. He speaks of the shared bloodline between himself and Muzan and correctly identifies Shinya as the divine punishment sent for Muzan. He remains calm and strategic even in the face of death.
