Prime Minister and Central Chancellor of Da Qian Dynasty, also held titles of Imperial Censor, Governor, and Grand Tutor to the Crown Prince. He died in the eighth year of the Zhengxing era from exhaustion after painstakingly calculating the land system. He was one of Xiao Jingchuan's three closest founding ministers and advised Xiao Jingchuan on his plan to die at Hanhai.
