The eldest prince and son of Emperor Tianze and the deposed Empress Hu Shi. He was nearly named crown prince but was stripped of his princely status and adopted into a collateral branch after his mother forged an imperial decree. He was later designated to be adopted by Prince Sheng as his heir. He was an innocent infant during the political turmoil three years ago.
