Chief commander of the Fifteenth District Survivor Base. A handsome young man whose gaze is as clear as a college student's. He was originally a college student when the zombie outbreak began and rose to leadership by rallying awakened students from the nearby university town to form an ability-user squad. He is currently playing a single-player game in his office when receiving reports.
