A relative and classmate of Jiu Sheng who has often mocked and bullied him at school. He is a provincial-level figure skater. He initially underestimates Jiu Sheng as a skating disaster but is stunned when Jiu Sheng skates flawlessly. He is struck by Jiu Sheng's breathtaking beauty and wild energy, though he tries to dismiss these thoughts. He is present at the training rink when Jiu Sheng performs and later reveals to the coaches that Jiu Sheng is Jiu Li's younger brother.
