Cousin of Jiang Lai who works at Hongxing Textile Factory. He is two years younger than Little Uncle Jiang but they grew up playing together. He led his uncle to the state-owned restaurant and offered to treat him. He was confident they could book a room at the factory guesthouse after dinner since it hardly ever had guests during the off-season.
