A cheerful young man with a sunny disposition who works as a real estate broker. He is a minor antagonist in the novel who later falls for the female lead. At this point he has not yet risen to prominence. Meng Suihuan recognizes him from when he was persuading people to buy products. He offers to help Meng Suihuan find a suitable property.
