The leader of the Moonlight Clan and one of the Four Immortal Palace Lords. He appears young with clear cat-like eyes. He raised the Moonlight Celestial Beast since its birth and has a nearly identical temper to it. He visited Chen Xi's Zefeng Cave Mansion with Immortal Lord Vermilion Bird. He is also known as Emperor Qing Yang and is located in the Heavenly Palace of the Nine Heavens. He has a complicated relationship with the bell connected to the moving immortal palace.
