Also known as Yellow Hair. He works at Xinhua Paper Mill in the pulp bleaching section. He is suspected to be Gu Sheng's accomplice who helped her dismember and dispose of the body. He had access to concentrated sulfuric acid. He was arrested but fled during the operation and was hit by a car. He survived and was taken to the hospital.
