Meimei's mother, a materialistic woman who confronted Zhou's mother demanding that the newlywed couple be given a room in Zhou's house. Her motives were impure as she did not want them to move back to her house. She claimed to have no money and left in a hurry after being outsmarted by Zhou's mother.
