Supporting character, a middle-aged official in a red robe with a protruding belly. Born into a merchant family, he purchased his official position but could never transfer to the capital until Pei Di's arrival in Shouzhou. He is currently trying to curry favor with Pei Di by rounding up suspects and providing information. He is fearful of Pei Di due to the bloody methods the Eagle Guard used during the Defender Duke's Residence purge.
