Leader of the Changhe Long River Gang, a local tyrant in Songlin County. He has two younger sisters—one married into the palace as the crown princess and the other married the county magistrate of Songlin. He is scar-faced and was the same thug who stirred up trouble on the pleasure boat the day before. He confronted Ling Long and Yin Yin at Baiwei Pavilion, attempting to extort them and even trying to take Yin Yin. He was swiftly defeated by Ling Long.
