Male antagonist who took control after Gu Heng was finished. He seized Gu Heng's woman and supplies, including helicopters. He is described as an arrogant brute who refuses to cooperate with Black Bear. He controls Villa 101 as his base and is engaged in violent conflict with Black Bear's forces at Tianlai Mountain Villa.
