Also known as Hu Lu, the leader of Tiger Head Stronghold. He is described as sturdy and strong-built. He leads a group of retired battlefield veterans who collect tolls but use remaining money to aid refugees. He is reasonable, hates evil, and only takes in good-hearted vulnerable people. He initially mistook Jiu Yue for a victim but quickly recognized her strength and showed her respect.
