The shopkeeper of Yingbin Restaurant (Yingbin Tower) in Qingshi Town, and the main rival of Fortune Arrival Inn. He is greedy and cunning, having hired thugs to intercept Liu Xiaoman's shipment. He was tricked into buying bitter dragon potatoes for one hundred taels and later hired Zhang Dashao with a bag of silver to sabotage Fortune Arrival's reputation before Master Li's banquet.
