A Class A student at Qingyuan Academy, the other tongsheng alongside Yu Ziyou. He is seventeen or eighteen years old, calm and reserved. He clapped in approval when Yu Ziyou dismissed the incident. Later, he confronts Xue Tingrang with icy eyes after being accused of not being a true gentleman. He is eager to pass as xiucai but has not succeeded yet.
