The leader of the Hu family and the main antagonist in these chapters. He is Qin Ying's nephew's uncle (his nephew Guo Wen was previously married to Qin Ying). He led a group of delinquents to ambush the Zhao family at the cemetery, demanding Qin Ying be handed over. He is described as cruel, greedy, and disrespectful, making obscene remarks about Qin Ying. He carries a mattock/pickaxe and led his men in threatening the family.
