A gatekeeper of the underworld, comparatively slender with exceptionally long legs and a horse head. He is more ingratiating than Ox-Head. He explained that Bodhisattva Kṣitigarbha left the hells for the Western Pure Land and Lord Prefect couldn't get away. He revealed that the Underworld Dynasty was only established to manage wandering souls and fades after dynastic changes. He showed envy toward Li Yue, saying he would receive benefits with the Ghost-God present.
