A tall man who was bullied for seven years and recently carved insulting words into the skin of District 10 ability users as revenge. He is physically and emotionally scarred, crawling due to severe past abuse including beatings, scalding water, and humiliation. Despite his resentment, he seeks some form of justice and agrees to Shu Lan's punishment of carving others while being healed.
