Heng Qi is a thin, seven-year-old boy living in a landfill on K32 Planet. He scavenges food to feed the creature Rong Feifei (whom he calls Hui Hui). He is timid, fears space pirates, and desperately wants to follow Shi Chan after learning he has no home. He loses a baby tooth during an encounter with Shi Chan. He is male and a minor character.
