A small dark snake found in Bai Weixi's courtyard space. It may be pregnant with a swollen belly. It eats cooked pork and is intelligent enough to respond to being called. Bai Weixi plans to release it to hunt rats when they attack Mount Canglan. It likes hiding under piles of rotting leaves.
