The witch doctor of the Eagle Tribe. He is an old male golden eagle and the younger brother of an elder (the current chief). He can control Fallen Beasts and treats them as his private property. He has long dealings with female traffickers, trading controlled beasts to them. His son Ying Yang was killed by Lei Xiao, making him a suspect for revenge attacks.
