Male antagonist. He is the head constable at the county office and Li Gui's uncle. He is in charge of arrests but cannot conduct the full investigation until the county magistrate returns. He was found in the jail early in the morning, and Taohua's nightmare about him torturing Qin Feng appeared to come true, as Qin Feng was found with a bleeding mouth. He made suspicious excuses for Qin Feng's injuries, claiming they were from bug bites.
