He Yunzhao's father, who died when He Yunzhao was an infant. He contracted an epidemic disease while overseeing disaster relief in the southwest. On his deathbed, he composed a final memorial to the Emperor expressing his loyalty, which moved the Emperor to bestow the title of Kangshun Marquis upon him. He managed to survive until He Yunzhao's full moon celebration before passing away.
