A high-ranking corrupt official who had taken numerous concubines and embezzled substantial silver. He was the official the former Vice Director used to flatter. He attempted to bribe Xiao Yaozu with zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival but was instead extorted into donating money to the dragon boat competition. He was terrified of Xiao Yaozu and feared his official career was ending.
