The leader of the bandit nest at Thousand Jun Pool. He started as a small-time thug in a border town and rose to become the top leader, leading bandit misdeeds for decades. He was captured by Pei Xuanming and Pei Mingshu in a raid. He attempted suicide multiple times after capture and was extremely noisy, requiring a gag. He was sent to the captive camp.
