A neighbor living in Unit 3203 of the residential complex. She is aggressive and desperate, leading a group including her husband Zhou Guangfu, two children (BaoBao and BeiBei), and her elderly parents-in-law to Jiang Yan's door demanding access to air conditioning during the extreme heatwave. She carried a small hammer and attempted to break into Jiang Yan's apartment. After being electrocuted by Jiang Yan's security system, she posted in the owners' group recruiting other families with elderly, sick, or pregnant members to join her cause.
