Also known as Xiao He, he is the boss of the area outside the demon city. He is disheveled with a scruffy beard, a pipe in his mouth, a long scar on his chest, very muscular, with bright eyes and a pair of black demon horns. He wields a pair of battle axes and has never been defeated. His axes shattered upon hitting Duan Ze's head. He agreed to cooperate with Duan Ze for mutual benefit.
