Owner of He Ji Restaurant in Anren Ward, Chang'an. Started as a street stall vendor, saved enough silver to rent a storefront after searching for days. Rented a two-story building with courtyard and rear rooms under special conditions: second floor reserved for owner, and tenant must prepare three meals daily for rent deduction. Never met the owner before Qiu Xinran arrived. Cautious but practical, initially suspicious of Daoist Qiu but reassured by news of Jingxu Mountain's reputation. Provides noodles and information about the Marquis of Dingbei to Qiu Xinran.
