Also known as Brother Wen. A minor leader under Zhou Qiang who manages loan shark operations with a group of young followers. He is part of the debt collection staff that Xie Debiao does not fully respect. He warns his followers not to underestimate Li Fan, noting that many brothers have fallen to him.
