A four-year-old child who was severely injured in the face when a hydrogen tank exploded at Jianhua Company. He suffered a second-degree disability with facial tissues around the eyes and mouth unable to close properly. His parents are migrant workers who sought help from the Nancheng Legal Aid Center.
