Male, in his forties, also known as the dark-faced Menshen (door god). He has a stern, fierce-looking face and a terrible temper, described as being like a powder keg ready to explode. He is a master in the project team, mentoring two apprentices including Gao Zhi. He is clever but his bad temper prevents him from reaching a higher position. He frequently criticizes Cheng Hui but ultimately listens to advice and shuts up when told to.
