A psychiatrist at the Sky Psychological Clinic near the municipal hospital. He was trained abroad with impressive credentials and is Shi Jianchuan's doctor. He is also Shi Jianchuan's friend. He prescribed the foreign psychiatric medication to Shi Jianchuan and was the only source of this drug in China. He initially refused to disclose patient information but eventually shared Shi Jianchuan's medical records with Qin Ya after receiving permission via message from Shi Jianchuan.
