Secretary of Sijiu City, born in 1926. He studied in the UK at age 18 and returned to China at 28 to work in mechanical manufacturing. He is one of the first experts and pioneers in mechanical research in China. He was deeply interested in Shen Sangyu's modified engine design and wanted to meet her. He was later killed by three students near his home when he was 70 years old.
