Male, 65-year-old victim from the first linked case. He lived in Building 3 of Fuxing Community on the south bank of Qingjiang River. He often harassed young women in Qingjiang Park. He disappeared on March 12, 1994, and his body was found at the estuary of Qingjiang River on March 13. Cause of death was drowning with head injuries from bricks and binding marks on hands and feet.
