Also known as Gu Shouzhang, a senior official originally from Changchun, Jilin. He joined the military early, moved south, and was assigned to the Provincial Public Security Department in Jiangcheng after liberation. He has two sons and one daughter. His eldest son is Gu Mingjian, director of the Provincial Prison.
