Also referred to as Magistrate Zheng, he is the governor of Qingzhou Prefecture. He was formerly a third-grade official and a disciple of Grand Chancellor Lu. He was demoted and sent to Qingzhou Prefecture after the Lu family was sentenced to extermination.
