The governor of Qiusha Prefecture who is fond of luxury and pleasure, with a large household of wives, concubines, and children. He is easily provoked and enraged by the insults sent by Ji Yan'an. He was drugged by Song Jin through his wine, causing him physical distress and making him forget about pursuing Ji Yan'an.
