Also called the blonde man, he is a member of the Six Vajras. He interrogated Ma Wenhai about the intruder in the bathroom and pointed a gun at his head, threatening to kill him. He was furious about the deaths of Leah and Lia and the failure to catch the murderer despite calling in snipers and borrowing people from the consulate. He eventually ordered Ma Wenhai to be taken away instead of killed.
