A Sky Bandit with a piercing screech true form of unknown bird type. He carried Thunderblast Talismans on his body and threatened to detonate them to destroy the Flying Boat shield and kill everyone. He was grabbed by Xiao Zhuang and fell off the Flying Boat, where Xiao Zhuang activated Heavenly Thunder Talismans to trigger the bandit's Thunderblast Talisman, blowing him to pieces.
