Leader of the rebel Supreme Army who had taken Fanyang in Youzhou. Reportedly descended from the Bohai Gao clan, though that lineage had faded into obscurity. He found himself at a deadlock with the Lu clan in Fanyang and sought to surrender to Bingzhou.
