A town postman who delivers a package to Chen Zhao. He appears friendly and approachable at first but reveals a cruel and sinister nature when delivering the package to the cowshed. He mocks the old man, makes him drag the package, and watches with a cruel light in his eyes. He later pretends to be interested in Yu Zhile's hand in marriage while visiting Old Lady Yu. Zhang Wenxin warns that he has been engaged five times and every fiancée committed suicide by hanging. He is described as having a pretty boy face.
