Male, deceased. Fu Shicang's father and a developer of the WL series of special-effect drugs for Wulin disease. He proposed donating the patents during his lifetime so all patients could afford the medicine. Many grateful patients visit his grave after his death. His tombstone is located at Mo Cang Mountain Cemetery.
