Also known as Master Fu or Steward Fu, he is a steward in Prince Qi's household. He invited the Huangmei and Yue opera troupe to perform at his private residence, which was described as lavish. He rewarded them with ten taels of silver but then demanded that Bai Xing stay behind with him, revealing his true intentions. When the troupe refused and returned the silver, he became angry and threatened them. He sent his men to forcibly take Bai Xing, displaying the brazen abuse of power typical of petty underlings.
