The main antagonist of the mission world. He is Fu Linchuan's younger uncle. He is blind, wearing a black blindfold over his eyes, and uses a wheelchair for convenience though his legs are fine. His blindness resulted from an accident six months ago that damaged his eyes. He has a high nose bridge, thin lips, and large hands. Yun Li finds him attractive and considers him as an alternative to the bodyguard for completing her mission.
