Fu Yanci's second brother in the Fu family. He is vicious and mocking toward Fu Yanci, calling him an illegitimate bastard and a stolen child born from an affair. He has a young model mistress and is married (referred to as Second Sister-in-law). He is threatened by Fu Yanci with explosive photos.
