Male, also called Fu Dabo and Uncle Fu, the brigade leader and Fu Zhentu's elder uncle. He came to Su Taotao's house to investigate accusations of black market trade. He is described as arrogant and abusing his authority. He was accused by Su Taotao of obtaining his clothes and Double Happiness cigarettes through embezzlement and bribery. He had no real evidence against Su Taotao.
