Shen Nanxing's childhood fiancé and one of the three childhood friends in the novel. In the original storyline, he publicly treats Shen Nanxing as his unattainable white moonlight but secretly pursues Lin Bai as a substitute. He is engaged to Shen Nanxing but betrays him by being intimate with Lin Bai, eventually developing real feelings for the substitute. He comes from a wealthy family with an arranged engagement to the Shen family.
