One of Wan Chunmei's younger sisters who had married into the same village. She accompanied Third Sister Wan and also behaved arrogantly. When Third Sister Wan fell down the hillside, Fourth Sister Wan tried to grab her but was pulled down as well. She panicked and called for help when her sister started bleeding.
